Jessica Miller was born in Bangor, Maine in 1977. She began making photographs at a young age, and has always been fascinated with the photographic image. She earned a BFA in Photography from the San Francisco Art Institute, as well as a BA in Psychology from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College. Jessica’s work is currently featured in the PDN Annual as well as in the Guggenheim Museum’s Stillspotting exhibition. Her work is also housed in the permanent collection at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. She is entering her thesis year in the MFA program for Photography, Video and Related Media at the School of Visual Arts in New York City, where she is making both video and photographic based work.”
